Innovative youth meetings timed to coincide with the start of the academic year, that will take place around the country at district/local venues on the 12th or 13th September 2008

impACT will be planned, organized and delivered by young people for their peers, with the support of their pastors and youth workers.

impACT can be incorporated into existing events and will be backed by a national prayer initiative.

The department will make provision for template material and posters to help plan and promote the events locally.

What is impACT?

 ::  A Youth Event
- Organised by young people, for young people;
- For friends, fellow students, work colleagues and the local community.
::  Local
- Held at a local venue; Can be incorporated into an existing local/district event.
::  National
- Happening countrywide on the 12th/13th September 2008;
- Planned to coincide with the start of the academic year;
- IMPACT Showcases in 2009.

How to have IMPACT!

Support

•         Encouragement and guidance from pastors & youth leaders;

•         Obtain National Youth Department resources and templates;

•         Participate in the national prayer initiative;

•         Local church to assist with a follow up strategy.
