National Men's Ministries - Induction Request Forms
Please note that new men's officers (Local or District Directors, Secretaries, Board members etc) should be inducted into office. This request is made via their local or district pastor by completing and returning this form to the National Men's Secretary / Treasurer. For further assistance call 0845 056 8776.

National Men's Ministries - Monthly Reporting Forms
Local & District Churches are asked to report monthly on their local Men's Ministries activities. Your reports should be sent to the National Men's Ministries Secretary / Treasurer by the 5th of each calendar month. For paying books or further details contact us.

Reports sent should be sent fully completed and reach by the 5th of each calendar month.
