Her background is Management/Training. Her deepest desire is to empower and impact the women she leads to the place where they, in turn, are positively impacting the lives of others. She recognises that if the Women's Ministries is to be really effective, leaders must build on their strengths and the strength of others as rich resources are at their disposal from other women within the church

The National President and her Board meets on a regular basis to formulate policies and procedures for the Department, plan retreats and conferences, gather information, attend training/conferences for their personal development and share great times of fellowship.
The Board members have a range of creative, social and developmental skills between them, and they all hold Counselling Skills qualifications
A capable and efficient PA – Marie Bryan, assists the Department in carrying out its clerical and administrative tasks.
